Goblin Grog

The goblins have grown bored and disgruntled by the elves having all the fun + getting all of the attention this time of year...so, they set out on a quest to shake things up a bit! They stole some sweet cream and butter from the local farmer + then stopped by the Witch's cabin to ask for some of her magical herbs and spices. She bestowed them with nutmeg, cardamom + a pinch of Star anise. They took their gatherings to the whiskey still they had forged in a remote part of the forest + got to work! They blended and brewed all ingredients and came up with a very tasty + aromatic concoction, which drew pretty fairies + other forest creatures from far and wide. All who came for the "Goblin Grog" sipped merrily, conversed + laughed, made music, danced + scamped and were warmed by the fire. A great party had been created + it endured through the months of long, cold winter nights. And, the goblins were not bored anymore....! ; )
