You're feeling melancholic and nostalgic as the holiday season draws closer. With a bottle of your best whiskey at your side, you build a little backyard fire to sit down by and reminisce. You raise a glass and take a sip, reflecting on so many moments of the past, future and present. You then 'pour some out' in an act of solidarity for the loved ones, friends and times that have passed. This is known as "Toasting the Ghost".
